Welcome

Hello WheelsTV enthusiasts and welcome to our new online blog!

Every week, we will attempt to post new information on WheelsTV’s progress towards its goal of launching a full linear network and broadband service We have joined forces with Akimbo Systems, creators of an internet-based television service, to distribute our programming. The format is called IPTV…Internet protocol television. You’ll be seeing more and more of IPTV in the coming months and years.

Our goal here is to create and distribute, to all of you who are “wild about wheels,” entertaining and informative shows which celebrate the fun, beauty, and excitement of the world’s love affair with wheels. We are creating, at the moment, shows pertaining to auto, motorcycle, and truck events, new vehicle profiles, historical documentaries, how-to programs, as well as movies and classic TV shows.

Now up and running, our TOP 200 new vehicle test drive videos are available for viewing on our website at www.WheelsTV.net or at www.Vehix.com. Just click on the video gallery icon.

This month, our WheelsTV.net writers will try to make sense of the many traction-enhancing technologies available in today’s market. There is a link on our home page. Also, available now on Comcast On-Demand, you can watch many of our shows from crash testing to new vehicle reviews.

Today at Wheels TV, we’ve started producing a new vehicle report about the new Kia Sportage, a compact SUV to go up against the likes of Toyota’s RAV4 and Honda’s CRV.
Also, as kind of a combination report, we’ve added detailed information on the Kia Sorento as well, competing against other midsize SUV’s such as the Chevrolet Trailblazer and Mitsubishi Endeavor

This is my first blog and I’d like to hear your feedback. What kind of shows should we be producing? Do you watch broadband video on your computer? What do you drive? Let’s hear from you.

Thank you.

Ben
